When receiving a customer's idea, the first step is to evaluate the structure of the product, ensure it fufill the production requirements. Then we do 2D sketches to confirm with the customer the overall appearance of the project.

Modeling & Prototyping

In the next step, our designer and structural engineer will commence on 3D modeling, pre- pare for actual production. During the process, we will arrange a 3D printed prototype, in order to inspect that every detail is complete.

Mold Development

Finally, the design drawing will be handed to the mold factory. The mold development usual- ly takes 45 days. When the mold is ready, a sample will be produced for final checking and adjustment. In the end, the product will be sent to the customer properly.
