First. Material selection

Second. Mold design

Molds are a very important part of the stainless steel coffee cup production process. The design of EGO mold must meet the following requirements:

2. The mold making material must also be stainless steel to facilitate the subsequent polishing process.

3. The design should take production efficiency and cost into consideration.

Third. Cutting

The cutting process of stainless steel coffee cups is relatively simple. You only need to use an automatic cutting machine to cut the stainless steel plate into the corresponding shape according to the design size of the mold. Because stainless steel plates are relatively hard, high-precision cutting methods such as high-pressure water cutting or laser cutting are required.

Fourth, forming

The molding process is the most critical link in the entire production process, which determines the appearance and performance of the stainless steel coffee cup. There are two commonly used methods of molding: pressure molding and stretch molding.

Pressure forming: The cut stainless steel sheet is pressed with a mold to form it. Pressure forming needs to be carried out with equipment such as hydraulic presses.

Stretch forming: Put the cut stainless steel sheet into the stretching machine, and then perform corresponding operations according to the design of the mold to shape it. Stretch forming is more suitable for stainless steel cups with larger arcs than pressure forming.

Fifth, polishing

Polishing is an indispensable step. Polishing makes the appearance of stainless steel coffee cups smoother and brighter. The polishing tool is usually a friction wheel or friction skin.
